Say Goodbye to the Dancing Reader!

I know, I know. CALM DOWN.

Lately I have just been SO overwhelmed with school, dance, and LIFE. It's been getting really frustrating. Like really frustrating.

My problem is, I'm terrible at balancing out my time. I usually spend waaay too much time blogging+twittering, and not enough time finishing my homework. Which makes me stay up late at night to finish it. Which makes me not get enough sleep. Which causes me to later on get sick from lack of sleep and a weak immune system. It ties in together to form a bad situation. And dance team is a whole 'nother matter. It's so time consuming, it's unbelievable. I just can't do it anymore.

Plus, I'm very inconsistent with my reviews. I definitely don't have much time to read in a week, and I'm not a fast reader at all. So that doesn't help. And it takes time to write a helpful review.

So my conclusion is this: stop blogging. Freshman year was supposed to be easy and fun, but it turned out for me to be much too stressful. I loved blogging while it lasts, but I just can't keep up.

I'll still be around Twitter, and Goodreads, but I just won't be posting on the blog anymore. I can't keep being inconsistent with posting something everyday. But yeah, that's it for The Dancing Reader. I hope I can still make new blogging friends on Twitter & Goodreads though. I love you guys!

**All previous review copies I requested will still be read. I will most likely have a mini-review on Goodreads**

I will not delete this blog. I will keep it up for y'all to enjoy what I have accomplished.

I'LL MISS BLOGGING!

Thanks for understanding, everyone. :)

  1. I'm so sad to see you go! I just discovered your blog a couple of weeks ago! :(

But of course I understand and respect your decision. It is definitely not fun if you can't live your life. Anyways, if you decide to come back I'll know because I'm subscribed via RSS, but even then we'll always have Twitter and Goodreads! <3

  4. It's was actually comforting to read someone else say they have a hard time managing their time. I've been feeling like the only one who can't keep up most days. I've been surviving on 4 hrs of sleep for weeks...not good. Congratulations on knowing where your limit is and good luck on all your future endeavors! And I'd like to extend the same invitation that Passionate Bookworm did. Arla@leavemommyalone.blogspot
